Services for Students
Talk Story
Come with friends or by yourself to chat with a counselor. You can talk to a counselor about anything on your mind and there's no need to worry that anyone else will find out. Students stop by to talk story about everything including family, friends, classes, professors, relationships, work, housing, finances, dreams, goals, and much more.
Talking story with a counselor can help you connect with yourself, connect with others, find your balance, make changes, cope with life, and explore what's next in your life.
Walk-in Wednesday

Workshops and Support Groups
If you want to learn more about a specific topic or practice a particular skill, a workshop or class might be for you. Group counseling is often the best treatment choice for many conditions that college students face because it reminds us that we are not alone, and gives us the chance to help others.
Individual Counseling
Many of us ask for help from friends, family members, or significant others. But sometimes we can benefit from the help of a trained professional. In counseling, we can identify more effective strategies to cope with difficult situations and to achieve our goals.
