For prospective graduates, please refer to the UH Hilo Commencement website for information regarding the UH Hilo Commencement ceremony. Reasonable accommodations will be made for graduating students and/or guests with vision disabilities upon advance request. Sign language interpreters will be provided at all commencement ceremonies. Special arrangements for disability related services can be found in the Commencement Information for Disability Accommodation page. Please note that any special arrangements for vision and hearing disabilities must be noted on the Commencement Registration form. Persons needing floor seating will be provided on a first-come-first served basis on the day of the event. After submitting this form, you will be contacted by Disability Services to finalize the logistics of the accommodations for your guests with hearing and/or vision disabilities. Please note that disability related requests must be submitted no later than one month prior to the event.
