How to Make an Appointment
Students interested in seeing a counselor can make an appointment by speaking with our receptionist in person or by calling. Students can also email us. If available, counselors may see individuals on a walk-in basis.
Hours: 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (except Holidays)
Location: Student Services Center E-203 (SSC E-203)
Phone: (808) 932-7465
Email: uhhcouns@hawaii.edu
It is possible to request services from a specific counselor; student should just indicate this when making an appointment. We currently have counselors who speak Palauan and Spanish. If English is your second language, we will work with you to find someone who can interpret during sessions.

Preparing for Your First Appointment
When you attend your first appointment, check in at the desk and you will be given some paperwork to complete prior to your session. You may want to arrive about 15 minutes early to do this. Please bring your student ID number.
