Four-Year Academic Map 2023-2024
This is a sample academic plan for students entering on the 2023-2024 catalog. Students should meet with an academic advisor prior to registration to formulate their own plan. These courses are designated as GE HPP. Students must take one GE HPP course.
KHWS 475 and KHAW 454 are both required and offered in Fall. KHWS 476 and KHAW 453 are both required and offered in Spring.
KHWS 381A is offered in Fall and KHWS 381E is offered in Spring. Only one of the two is required for the degree. Students should select either course and take an elective the other semester.
Students must earn credit for KHAW 490 and at least a 2.0 GPA in all other courses required for the major.
At least 45 credits must be earned in courses at the 300- or 400- level.
Students that begin their language track in HAW 101 and HAW 102 in Year 1 Fall and Spring may need to enroll in a Year 1 Summer KHAW 104 .
