GCC. Global and Community Citizenship Requirement Fall 2011 and thereafter

One 3-credit course.

Students select one semester course designated “GCC.” This course allows students to apply knowledge gained from their course of study to the global and/or local communities. These courses will provide first-hand awareness of local and global community and environmental issues and encourage interaction with community, business and/or government sectors in order to effect positive change.

These courses are certified as meeting the Global and Community Citizenship (GCC) requirement effective Fall 2011 and thereafter, including 2017-18. Students using the 2017-18 catalog who wish to apply to the GCC requirement courses not listed on this page must submit a Request for Modification of Academic Requirement.
