Meet the Trainers
Hollie Saplan
My name is Hollie Saplan and Health is our most valuable asset and I am passionate about sharing this perspective with others. Adhering to an exercise routine is a great start to developing a healthier lifestyle.
My job as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer is to provide clients with creative, effective, and personalized programs that will help them to achieve their fitness goals. Stop making excuses and start hustling with Hollie. Look forward to working with you!
Scott Cook
My name is Scott Cook and I’m one of the fitness trainers at the Rec Well Department! I've been training for over 10 years and I have always enjoyed living a healthy and active lifestyle. I first got involved in training while I was enlisted in the military and have trained over 200 personnel during my enlistment.
Afterwards, I started my civilian career in fitness, and I’ve continued to train. I'm currently attending UH Hilo with aspirations to become a physical therapist, and I look forward to helping others. I have experience working various people of a variety of ages from 14 to 85 Feel free to reach out or stop me anytime for questions!
Erin Anderson
Erin Anderson has been in the Health and Wellness industry for almost 15 years. She is a Certified Yoga Instructor through Yoga Alliance, a Certified Personal Trainer, and a Group Fitness Instructor through the American Council on Exercise.
She is currently pursuing a double major in Kinesiology and Psychology with plans to attend grad school and become a Mental Health Counselor as well as a Certified Mental Performance Consultant. She deeply believes in the power of movement and loves working with people to help them achieve their health and wellness goals. Look forward to working with you!
