Imua Fitness Classes
Campus Recreation Department provides numerous opportunities for patrons to meet their fitness goals. Qualified staff and resources are available for group and personal instruction in a wide variety of classes such as Zumba, Yoga, Boot Camp, Total Body Conditioning and Spin. Non-credit activities are also available to provide educational experiences for a wide variety of interests. The activities offered include Dance, Martial Arts, and Self-Defense. All Imua classes are free to members.

Zumba® with Cheryl (Offered both "Virtual" and "In Person")
Every Mondays and Wednesdays
5:00p.m.- 6:00p.m.
Zumba® with Gavin (Offered both "Virtual" and "In Person")
Every Tuesdays & Thursdays and Fridays
10:00a.m.- 11:00a.m. - (Tues & Thurs)
5:00p.m.- 6:00p.m. - (Fridays)
Zumba Fitness in a full hour class format which includes Toning, Fitness Variations, And Core Work. Introduce yourselves to dance styles such as salsa, merengue, cumbia & reggaeton. We dance, sweat, & enjoy this cardiovascular work up, [all] to the rhythm of the night.
Step and Pump with Marika (Offered "In person") Begins July 5th - August 12th
Every Wednesdays

5:00p.m. - 6:00p.m.
We are bringing the 80's back with this heart-pumping interval class that includes both cardiovascular and strength training exercises. You will learn various step cues such as the basic step, L-Step, V-step, tripple knees and more. Each class is choreography to high energy music and it also incorporates toning exercises such as squats, lunges, tricep dips, etc.
