B. Policies and Procedural Guidelines for Nondiscrimination on the Basis of Disability

C. Notice to Students Regarding Privacy Rights

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) affords students certain rights with respect to their education records. Familiarize yourself with your rights at the Department of Education website.

D. Veteran’s Benefits

Veterans who are continuing students must contact the Office of the Registrar after completing registration each semester in order to continue receiving benefits. All programs available to veterans/children of veterans are administered through the UH Hilo Office of the Registrar. If you are eligible for assistance through these programs, please contact the Office of the Registrar.
