HCE Compliance updates

Please be aware of new State Procurement Office (SPO) Procurement Advisories 2026-09, 2026-08, and 2026-07 which updates the process for IRS compliance as part of the total HCE compliance requirement.

Remember: we cannot award a procurement to a vendor who is not HCE Compliant, as per 103D-310(c), HRS.
