UH Hilo Cashier’s Office

We are located on the 1st floor of the Student Services Center (SSC-W101).

The University of Hawaiʻi Hilo's Cashier’s Office is responsible for providing student account information, collecting payments for tuition, registration fees and other miscellaneous campus charges, disbursing refunds and processing financial aid proceeds to students.

Our cashiering staff can assist and provide you with student account information and processing tuition and fee payments.

For questions about applying for financial aid, your aid award eligibility or status, please contact the Financial Aid Office.

Tax Information

1098T Tuition Statements (Tax Credit Information)

Your 1098-T Tuition Statement will be available for viewing electronically on your MyUH Portal from January 31. An email with the subject line “Important Tax Return Document Available” will be sent to your hawaii.edu email address at that time. For additional information about the delivery and retrieval of your 1098-T form, visit the Bursar’s Office website.

To access and print your 1098-T Tuition Statement:

  1. Login to your Student Dashboard
  2. Search for Tax Notification 1098-T
  3. Select the appropriate tax year from the dropdown list
  4. Click the 'Print' icon to print the tax notification
