| Intent to Cancel Spring Housing Form Due Students not planning to continue living on campus for Spring 2026 should fill out this form by the deadline to avoid being billed for Spring 2026 housing. | October 31, 2025 |
| New Residents: Any new student who is not assigned as a resident in the Fall 2025 semester, who completes and submits a housing application by this date to be considered under priority guidelines for on campus housing for the Spring 2026 semester. | October 31, 2025 |
| Full Room and Meal plan payments due at 4:00 p.m. for those who are assigned a space for Spring 2026 | December 1, 2025 4:00 p.m. |
| Last Day for Full Rental and Meal Plan Refund Last day for students to be issued a full refund for Rental and Meal Plan for Spring 2026 | December 1, 2025 4:00 p.m. |
| Housing and Meal plan cancellations received within this time for Spring 2026 will be subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee each. | December 2, 2025 - December 29, 2025 |
| Housing and Meal plan cancellations received within this time for Spring 2026 will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. | December 30, 2025 - January 21, 2026 |
| Spring Housing Opening Day Students assigned for Spring 2026 will be able to check in to their assigned space starting at 10:00 a.m. HST on or after this date. | January 7, 2026 |
| Resident Meal Plan – First Meal of Spring 2026 semester Students who have purchased a meal plan for the Spring 2026 semester may start using their plan with dinner on Spring Housing Opening Day. | January 7, 2026 |
| First Day of Spring 2026 Instruction | January 12, 2026 |
| Eighty Percent (80%) Housing Refund Deadline Last day for students to submit a Housing Cancellation Form on or before 4:00 p.m. HST for Spring 2026 may receive an eighty percent (80%) Housing Refund. No Housing and Meal Plan Refunds will be issued after this date. | January 21, 2026 |
| Last Meal Served Prior to the Start of Spring Break 2026 The last meal students will be able to use their Resident Meal Plan prior to the start of Spring break 2026 semester is Dinner. | March 13, 2026 |
| First Meal Served at the End of Spring Break 2026 The first meal served after spring break begins with Dinner. | March 22, 2026 |
| End of Semester Check Out - Sign Up Week Students assigned to Spring 2026 housing are required to schedule a Check Out Date and Time starting on Thursday, April 23, 2026. Students who fail to do not sign up for their check out by the April 30, 2026 deadline may be charged a fee. | April 23, 2026 - April 30, 2026 |

| Last Day for Full Rental and Meal Plan Refund: Students who submit a Housing Cancellation Form on this date by 4 PM will receive a full refund | Aug. 3, 2026 |
| $25 Cancellation Fee: Students who cancel their Housing Rental and Meal Plan during this period will be charged a cancellation fee: $25 for Housing Rental and $25 for Meal Plan. | Aug. 10-17, 2026 |
| 20% Cancellation Fee: Students who cancel their Housing Rental and Meal Plan during this period will be charged a 20% of their Housing Rental and 20% of their Meal Plan. | Aug. 19 - Sep. 2, 2026 |
| Primary Move-In Day: Most students should plan to arrive on the primary move-in day to allow sufficient time to complete the check-in process and address any outstanding requirements. | Aug. 18, 2026 |
| Move-In Period: Students assigned to housing may check in to their residence hall during the Fall Move-In period. Students are strongly encouraged to arrive on the primary move-in day. | Aug. 18-21, 2026 |
| Meal Plan Begins: Students who have purchased a meal plan for the Fall 2026 semester will be able to start using their meal plan starting with dinner on Move-In Day. | Aug. 18, 2026 |
| Hall Check-In Deadline: Students who do not check in by this date and have not notified the Housing Office of a late arrival may have their housing contract canceled and be subject to applicable penalties. | Aug. 25, 2026 |
| 80% Cancellation Fee: Students who cancel their Housing Rental and Meal Plan after this date will be charged a 80% of their Housing Rental and 80% of their Meal Plan - No Housing and Meal Plan Refunds will be issued after this date. | Sep. 1, 2026 |
| Check Out Deadline: Residents who are not approved to stay for Winter Housing or who are not returning for the Spring 2027 semester must complete the housing check-out process and vacate their unit on this date by 9:00AM | Dec. 19, 2026 |
