| Housing Cancellation Fees (20%) Start Date Beginning of 20% Housing Cancellation Fees for Room & Meal plan | August 12, 2025 |
| Fall Housing Opening Day Students assigned for Fall 2025 will be able to check in to their assigned space starting at 9:00 a.m. HST on or after this date. | August 19, 2025 |
| Resident Meal Plan – First Meal of Fall 2025 semester Students who have purchased a meal plan for the Fall 2025 semester will be able to start using their meal plan starting with dinner on Fall Housing Opening Day. | August 19, 2025 |
| First Day of Fall 2025 Instruction | August 25, 2025 |
| Eighty Percent (80%) Housing Refund Deadline Housing Cancellation Requests received on this date by 4:00 p.m. may receive an eighty percent (80%) Housing Refund. No Housing Refunds will be issued after this date. | September 2, 2025 |

| Intent to Cancel Spring Housing Form Due Students not planning to continue living on campus for Spring 2026 should fill out this form by the deadline to avoid being billed for Spring 2026 housing. | October 31, 2025 |
| End of Semester Check Out – Sign Up Deadline Students not assigned to Spring 2026 housing are required to schedule a Check Out Date and Time. Students who fail to do not sign up for their check out by the deadline may be charged a fee. | December 5, 2025 |

| New Residents: Any new student who is not assigned as a resident in the Fall 2025 semester, who completes and submits a housing application by this date to be considered under priority guidelines for on campus housing for the Spring 2026 semester. | October 31, 2025 |
