International Student Statistics
In the Fall 2025 semester, 229 international students from 32 countries enrolled at UH Hilo. They comprise 8.6% of the total student body. UH Hilo enrolls the largest number of international the Republic of the Marshall Islands (47), Japan (46), and the Federated States of Micronesia (44).
