Bridge to Hope Program

Bridge to Hope

Bridge to Hope (BTH) is a partnership between the University of Hawaiʻi and the Hawaiʻi State Dept. of Human Services’ First-to-Work program. Bridge to Hope offers on-campus student employment for full-time enrolled students who have a First-to-Work employment requirement. Bridge to Hope also offers access to other student services to help welfare-recipient students succeed in their educational goals. Bridge to Hope is available at all University Hawaiʻi campuses statewide.

Our program can assist with on-campus student employment and other services to help welfare (TANF) recipient students succeed in their educational goals.
