Class in Project Management coming to UH Hilo

The College of Continuing Education and Community Service (CCECS) at the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo offers an intensive project management class with Christian Ocasio Gonzalez of the Project Management Institute (PMI) Honolulu Chapter. The one-day workshop will be held on Friday, October 27, from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. in UH Hilo’s PB-7 Meeting Room. The cost is $150.
Project Management for the Real World will teach the fundamentals of project management that are used in everyday business operations to increase efficiency and ensure that target goals are met. The course is interactive, and designed for anyone who leads a team or is involved in projects of any scope or magnitude. Participants will learn how to approach projects with a clear understanding of the lifecycle, roles involved, scope and budget.
