Diversity in the Workplace: Hiring People With Disabilities Who Fit Your Needs is taught by Jeani Navarro, who has worked with youths and adults with a variety of disabilities and has 20 years of experience in career development and training. The workshop will cover how to hire a diverse, productive and dependable workforce, how to ask questions about skills and abilities rather than focusing on the disability, how to create a positive interview atmosphere, and more.
Private and non-government employers/businesses may qualify for a 50% tuition waiver through the State’s Employment & Training Fund (ETF). For details, visit
