The Campus Center Dining Room will reopen on Monday, January 11 for take-out meals only. Spring semester hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 10:30am-1:30pm. Physical distancing and sanitizing requirements are in place to ensure a safe environment while ordering in-person.
Online food ordering is also available through the GET Mobile app that can be used on any mobile device or computer. The GET Mobile app allows students, faculty and staff to quickly and safely pre-order, pay, and pick up meals at the Campus Center Dining Room.
The Family Dinner program will resume on Wednesday, January 13. For more information regarding the Family Dinner program and January’s menu, please visit the Campus Center Dining Room website. Family Dinner ordering is available via the GET Mobile app.
Sodexo Concessions (meal plan flex points accepted)
Sodexo, UH Hilo’s primary food service provider, is offering an online food ordering app that can be used on any mobile device or computer. The GET Mobile app allows students, faculty, and staff to quickly and safely pre-order, pay, and pick up meals at a specified time and location.
Campus Center Dining Room (Monday – Thursday, 7 am – 5 pm; Friday, 7 am – 3 pm): Serving breakfast all day, made to order deli sandwiches and salads, grilled items, bentos, and hot entrees daily. Enjoy upgraded WiFi service, comfy cozy lounge furniture, window bar counters, and café style seating. Outside food is welcome, and a microwave oven is available to heat up food.
Deja Brew (Monday – Thursday, 7:30 am – 7 pm; Friday, 7:30 am – 2 pm): The renovated Deja Brew, located on the Library Lanai, has a refreshed rustic appearance and a new grab and go comfort food menu, serving nachos, hot dogs, manapua, chicken katsu and Korean chicken sushi, and the return of Deja Brew favorites, chili, spam musubi, breakfast bento, panini, sandwiches, salads, and fresh baked desserts. The Deja Brew baristas will continue to serve Starbucks-inspired coffee, smoothies and tea concoctions.
Starbucks On-The-Go (open during Library hours): A new Starbucks self-serve specialty coffee kiosk was installed inside the Library over the summer, serving hot and iced espresso, latte, mocha, Americano, cappuccino, chocolate, tazo chai latte, freshly brewed blond, medium, and dark roast coffee. The Starbucks self-serve kiosk is located in the new Hawaiʻi Island-inspired biophilic Library lounge.

Anuenue’s Kitchen (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 11 am – 2 pm): Serving a variety of plate lunches, sandwiches, specialty hamburgers and fries with dipping sauces, wonton, and poke bowls on Tuesday and Thursday, and serving Hawaiian food (laulau and kalua pig and cabbage plates served with lomi salmon and haupia) on Wednesday, on the Campus Center Plaza.
Thai Smile (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 11 am – 2 pm): Serving a rotating menu of authentic Thai cuisine, including made-to-order pad thai, green papaya salad, a variety of curry dishes, summer rolls, and “Thai loco moco” on the Campus Center Plaza. Vegan and vegetarian options available.
Pop Up for Hunger Concession
Unfortunately, the Teapresso Bar will not be returning to campus for Fall 2020.
Teapresso Bar (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 9:30 am – 2 pm): Serving a rotating beverage menu of organic boba tea and lemonade on the Library Lanai, including Teapresso’s signature milk tea, honeydew milk tea, taro milk tea, strawberry lilikoi lemonade, fruity lychee lemonade, and blue Hawaiian lemonade, with large boba, lychee jelly and strawberry bursting boba add-ons. A portion of Teapresso’s pop-up for hunger proceeds supports UH Hilo’s Hale Pa‘i ‘Ai food pantry program.
