Online Food Orders
Sodexo, UH Hilo’s primary food service provider, is offering an online food ordering app that can be used on any mobile device or computer. The GET Mobile app allows students, faculty, and staff to quickly and safely pre-order, pay, and pick up meals at a specified time and location.
Online order and pick up will be offered at the Campus Center dining room, Déjà Brew, Hale Kēhau dining room and Munchies (Hale Kēhau).
Pre-order times are specific to each location and the app can notify you when your order is ready to be picked up.
Online payment methods include credit/debit card, Apple Pay, and Sodexo dining and bonus points. Contactless in-person payment at the register is also available via an app-generated barcode. You can check your meal plan and flex points balance via the app and even reload points within the app throughout the school year.

How to Set Up the GET Mobile App
- If you have an activated meal plan, will use your UH Number number preceded by a zero (0 + UH Number) as your account number. If you have an existing points account (flower card), please contact the Sodexo office by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or in-person at the Campus Center to get started. If you are a new meal plan member, or to set up a points account, please contact the Sodexo office by email (email@example.com) or in-person at the Campus Center to get started.
- Download and launch the app (see above) and choose
University Dining Services at University of Hawaii at Hiloas your institution.
- Create your account by tapping on Register. For existing members with an activated meal plan or bonus points, make sure to precede your UH Number with a zero (0 + UH Number).
- Log in and you're ready to use the app. If you have an existing UH ID, upload a photo of it via the app settings.
