As a student at the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo, you have to opportunity to study either at another university in the United States or overseas at one of our partner universities in 14 different countries as part of your undergraduate education. These opportunities are managed by the National Student Exchange Office and the Center for Global Education and Exchange. Studying at another university for one or two semesters as part of your college experience allows you to acquire valuable skills and expertise for an increasingly internationalized and interdependent world. Additionally, UH Hilo hosts incoming exchange students from different nations and cultures each semester. These international exchange students bring unique viewpoints to campus and contribute to making UH Hilo one of the most diverse universities in the United States.
