Irish Moss / Sea Moss

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 dry oz. Irish Moss
- 1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 liter water (about 4 1/4 cups)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 qt. soymilk or any milk
- 1/4 liter honey syrup (about 1 cup)
- Honey Syrup: Mix 1/2 liter of water and 3 cups crystallized honey. Heat on low until melted.
Directions
- Boil the Irish moss in 1 liter of water, blend to get chunks smaller.
- Add milk, nutmeg, cinnamon, and honey syrup.
- Mix well and refrigerate.
- Serve cold.
