Summary:

Live capture and release methods were used to estimate Wekiu bug capture rates. Other arthropods collected in these traps were retained for identification and quantification of capture rates. In an effort to reduce the impact of sampling on Wekiu bugs, three live traps were designed and tested: 1) Terra cotta pots; 2) Peat-pots; 3) Plastic drinking cups.
