Kīpapa I Ke Ala Kaʻi: Center for Career Advancement emphasizes preparation for professional and personal success. We are committed to diversity, access, equity, and inclusion, supported by adherence to federal laws and university policies. Our services include:

Our mission is to assist students in connecting their academic journey to career success as defined by our students/alumni.

The Virtual Career Center for students and faculty at University of Hawaii at Hilo has recently been updated with on-demand video-based career exploration and professional development content, featuring insights from real professionals across industries. This platform helps students and faculty research career paths, understand what specific jobs entail, and develop key career-readiness skills through short, searchable videos, experiential learning opportunities, and local jobs and internships.
