Message from the Disability Coordinator
Welcome to Disability Services at the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo. My name is Suzy Travis, and I have the privilege of serving as the Disability Coordinator.
At UH Hilo, we believe every student deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed. Guided by the spirit of aloha, we are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where students feel supported and have equitable access to their education.
Disability Services works in partnership with students, faculty, and staff to provide reasonable accommodations and help remove barriers to access. We are here to listen, answer questions, and support you in reaching your academic goals.

Graduating students and guests who need disability-related support should review the commencement accommodation process and submit requests before the applicable deadline.
