Summary:
The overall objective of this project was to identify and evaluate all archaeological, historical, and traditional cultural properties in the project area and to assess the project effects on those properties. All of the work conducted was designed to meet the performance and content standards of the Hawaii State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO), and the appropriate federal rules and regulations, as outlined below.
