Summary:

Five lithic scatters and two shrines recorded in an archaeological survey are interpreted as functionally integrated components of Puu Kalepeamos site. The primary activity at this site was the manufacture of a variety of stone implments made of two locally occurring crystalline rocks (dunite and gabbro) procured from the slopes of Puu Kalepeamoa. A brief analysis suggests a possible link between this site and the Mauna Kea Adze Quarry.
