The object of this survey was to identify the existence (if any), extent, and condition of hazardous materials present in and on the building of the Hoku Kea Observatory in preparation for the observatory renovation or possible demolition. Two lead-containing paints (LCP) were identified and no other hazardous materials have been identified.
