Summary:
This Cultural Landscape Report (CLR) was prepared for U.S. Army Garrison-Pohakuloa to facilitate the long-term management of historic resources at Keamuku Maneuver Area, a nearly 24,000-acre parcel purchased from Parker Ranch in 2006. This CLR, in keeping with National Park Service guidance, seeks to develop an integrated understanding of both built and natural resources such that the overall historic landscape and its historic properties can be evaluated for significance on a scale commensurate with historical land-use.
