Mr. Ferry resplied Mr. Akiyama's letter of June 29. He sent his regrets as he was not able to attend the dedication. DLNR is responsible for naming roads and streets in the state. However, since the Mauna Kea road is not built to county standards, it is okay to use "John A. Burns Highway" as an identification.
