This document describes insects that are peculiar or are attached to the Argyroxiphium sandwicense macrocephalum, and the A. virescens -- silversword plants that are restricted in distribution to Haleakala Crater on the island of Maui. Insects that were studied were a moth, caterpillars, leafhoppers, a fly, as well as larvae from a variety of beetles.
