Archaeological dating Mauna Kea
- Summary:
- Since Mauna Kea is the only high mountain in the central Pacific Ocean basin that is known to have been glaciated, the glacial chronology of Mauna Kea is significant for theortetical and applied studies. Therefore, the focus of this study is to further constrain the chronology of glacial deposits on Mauna Kea by using new surface-exposure dating methods.
