13. Your boss (of some fictitious company of your choice) comes to you and says she wants to take the business online. She knows you have some background in e-commerce so she asks you to prepare a brief report outlining the major issues management needs to consider before, during, and after the transition. Your report should also include suggestions about how to address these issues.

14. Compare and contrast data flow diagramming with the object-oriented approach to business systems analysis discussed in the text. Compare their objectives and their procedures in your discussion. In what situations might one be preferred over the other? Explain.
