Making a New Year's resolution is a marvelous idea, as it means you are taking time to evaluate yourself and explore where you would like to go. See below for more ways to set up your resolutions!

Know where you are at

Mental Health Screenings are a great tool to understand where you are at. Validating and non-judgmentally understanding your current circumstances will give you the base in which you can create your vision. Scan the QR codes below and check in on yourself! Ulifeline and Mindwise screen the most common mental health conditions that college students face and connects them with resources. Join us in creating a virtual vision board on January 13th 2022 at 3:30pm. You will have the opportunity to get your vision board print out and laminated (must be on campus to pick up your laminated copy). Sign up on Zoom with the QR code below.
