Group Counseling Services Did you know that UH Hilo Counseling Services provides group counseling sessions via Zoom? Group counseling is a great way to stay connected and get help. UH Hilo has group sessions for students wanting to talk about wellness, disabilities, or social anxiety/social skills. Pause For A Moment Of Gratitude As we begin to wind down another semester, it's a perfect time to think about all there is to be grateful for. Research has shown that, by practicing acts of gratitude, one can improve mental and physical health, gain more sound sleep and enhance the quality of friendships. Have You Tried TalkCampus Yet? No student should ever struggle alone. TalkCampus app is here to help all of our students through difficult times. This is an excellent place to share the ups and downs with others in this supportive peer-to-peer community. Talk with people who are going through the same things as you. This community is all about support, you don't have to struggle alone.
Time For A Check-In? ULifeline’s Self Evaluator can help you find out if a mental health issue such as depression or anxiety symptoms could be impacting your thoughts, feelings or behaviors. Relaxation Stations Join Student Health & Wellness for a fun filled Relaxation Station. Participate in arts & crafts, connect with new and existing friends, and relieve a little energy before the semester ends. Relaxation Stations happen monthly and are terrific opportunities to take a moment to breathe, relax and get creative!
