Did You Know About TalkCampus? It’s tough being a student and CounselingServices knows that you don’t always want to talk to us about how you’re feeling. That’s why we’ve launched TalkCampus. An app where you can talk with other students from around the world if you’re struggling and worried about your mental health. Weekly Mindfulless Sessions For the times when you need to breathe and have a peaceful moment, check out Auntclare every Friday in September viaZoom. Auntieclare is providing weekly mindfulness sessions to help relieve stress and build your capacity to find peacefulness easily throughout the rest of your day. Each session will be unique,however, not sequential, so jump in at any time and learn something new to help your future self. Registration is required. Use theQR code to learn more.

Did you also know that they are available in-person, by phone or virtually for confidential sessions? And, did you know that you can stop by the office for Walk-in-Wednesday afternoon's for a drop-in 30-minute session? Well, it's all true! Learn more online.

**HIHAF Is Now Kumukahi Health & Wellness ** Kumukahi Health & Wellness is committed to offering quality care to the communities here on Hawai'i Island. They will be providing free, confidential testing at their Hilo Lagoon Center location all semester long.
