Did You Know About TalkCampus?
It’s tough being a student and CounselingServices knows that you don’t always want to talk to us about how you’re feeling. That’s why we’ve launched TalkCampus. An app where you can talk with other students from around the world if you’re struggling and worried about your mental health. Yourstudent email address will give you free access, just download TalkCampus from the app stores. It’s a place just for you, no staff,no fear of judgement, just instant ongoing support. Weekly Mindfulless Sessions
For the times when you need to breathe and have a peaceful moment, check out Auntclare every Friday in September viaZoom. Auntieclare is providing weekly mindfulness sessions to help relieve stress and build your capacity to find peacefulness easily throughout the rest of your day. Each session will be unique,however, not sequential, so jump in at any time and learn something new to help your future self.

Did you know that, as a UH Hilo student, you have free access to an incredible team of mental health counselors? Did you also know that they are available in-person, by phone or virtually for confidential sessions? And, did you know that you can stop by the office for Walk-in-Wednesday afternoon's for a drop-in 30-minute session? Well, it's all true! Learn more online.

HIHAF Is Now Kumukahi Health & Wellness
Kumukahi Health & Wellness is committed to offering quality care to the communities here on Hawai'i Island. They will be providing free, confidential testing at their Hilo Lagoon Center location all semester long. Testing is done by appointment only, so check out their website to learn more and to book an appointment today!
