Stay Safe & Healthy
Whether you are back on campus for in-person classes or logging into virtual classrooms, this Spring 2021 semester is well under way! Be sure to stay healthy as you move about your daily life. And, if coming to campus, remember to always check in through the LumiSight UH App.

Follow Us for Tips and Events
Craving connection? Most of us are as we continue to move through the COVID-19 pandemic. Follow Student Health & Wellness Programs on Instagram for daily information and tips on healthy living, physically and mentally. You'll also get the scoop on upcoming events both on campus and virtually, like February's Movie nights.

Counseling Services Is Here
Counseling Services is here in person and virtually to support you. If you are on campus, you can make an appointment for an in-person session or come and see us during Walk in Wednesdays. Attending classes virtually and still in the state of Hawaii? You can make an appointment for an online session. Contact us today!

Manage Your Time Properly
As students, we are being asked to work independently much more than ever before. Maybe your class is self paced, with no regular check ins, or you are working on a Directed Study, it's important to manage your time efficiently and productively. For a better understanding of how you can "find more time in the day", check out this informative page on Time Management.

Mental Health Matters
ULifeline’s Self Evaluator can help you find out if a mental health issue such as depression could be impacting your thoughts, feelings or behaviors. Results are confidential, however, if you are concerned, please contact Counseling Services at (808) 932-7465 or email: uhhcouns@hawaii.edu.
