Join us for relaxing, uplifting and educational events both on campus and online to learn life saving skills.

Find Balance with the Lokahi Wheel
Lōkahi translates to "unity"and "harmony". The Lōkahi Wheel represents important aspects of the life of a kanaka, or person. There are 6 sections and within each small section, you as an individual need to know what balances out one from the other. Join us for a Zoom event on Friday, September 18th from 10:30 am- 11:30 am to learn more. Pre-registration required.

The More You Know
The September issue of the Stall Talk is all about helping those we know and love in times of need. It's not easy to ask if someone is OK, but it may be the most important thing you can do for someone. Take a look and learn more about how you can help save a life. And remember, sometimes we could use a bit of help too.

Virtual Guest Speaker
Join us for a presentation by Ka'ala Souza, on being personally resilient and aligned in Pono. This session will focus on living a life that is Pono, with a Sense of Place, Purpose and Power. When we are Pono, we find the resiliency and balance we're searching for. Hope to see you on Monday, September 21st via Zoom from 12:30 pm- 2:00 pm. Pre-Registration required.
