The Power Of Pets
Many of us have had the opportunity to have a pet at some point in our lives. Dogs, cats, fish, you name it, there's an animal for each of us, dependent on our goals. Animal interaction can help us reduce stress, get active or simply find companionship. Visit the NIH News in Health website for more ways animals add benefit to our lives. Rescue, foster, or spend time with someone else's pet. Share the love and the joy!
