Hurricane Preparedness
As we move through hurricane season (June 1st to November 30th) it is important to be prepared. Early preparation for possible impact by a hurricane is key to keeping you both physically and mentally safe. The July Stall Talk contains tons of helpful tips and points of contact to be sure you and your ohana stay safe this hurricane season.
One Moment Of Your Time, Please...
If you attended events hosted by Student Health & Wellness during the 2019-2020 academic year, we'd like to hear from you. From Haumana Hou sessions, and Relaxation Stations to Counseling Services or an outreach interaction we want to know what you liked, or didn't and how we can make your experiences better next time.
In Classroom Outreach
The Counseling Center would like to extend a hand to students to remind them of the mental health resources available on campus. We typically visit classes in-person to educate and inform, however, we would like to expand this offering to include virtual classes. If you are teaching a class that you think could benefit from this outreach, please complete the form and someone will contact you shortly.
