WHAT'S YOUR VISION FOR THE FUTURE?
Join us on Monday, December 28th and share your vision! There's 2 ways to participate: Zoom in and join us with your own magazines and art supplies, or, create a free Canva account and join the Zoom party totally virtually. It's from 1-3pm, so planahead and think about what you'd like to accomplish in 2021 with a vision board!
STAY STRESS-FREE THIS HOLIDAY
The winter holidays can be filled with busy schedules, parties, shopping, laughter, but also there can be tension and stress. Understress, it may be difficult to avoid returning to old behavior patterns which you know to be ultimately harmful, such as over or undereating. To keep your cool, check out these tips for relieving stress.
COUNSELING SERVICES IS HERE
Even though the fall semester is coming to a close, the staff at Counseling Services are still here for you. We'll be keeping normal office hours and be available in-person, on the phone or online for students still within the state of Hawaii. For information about appointments or other support, check us out online.
MENTAL HEALTH IS IMPORTANT
Mindwise has a great collection of screenings available to the UH HiloCommunity. Sometimes, we may fall into habits we wouldn't have otherwise. PARTICIPANTS WANTED
The SMART Project is looking for participants to help us shape future recruitment for HIV prevention programs. They would like to schedule a 1 hourinterview with all eligible Native Hawaiianand Pacific Islander men, ages 19-24 whoare gay, bisexual or queer. You can earn a $50 eGift Card for participating.
