Fall 2024 Upcoming Student Health and Program offerings!

Key Details: 1) Mindfulness and Meditation Workshops (Six Sessions): Friday, September 13th, Friday, September 20th, Friday, September 27th, Friday, October 25th, Friday, November 1st, Friday, November 8th.   2) 7th Annual Health and Wellness Day Fair: Date: Wednesday, November 6th, Time: Noon–5:00 PM, Location: Student Life Center Lobby, The event promises a fun-filled day with various activities, including: Massage therapy, Food samples, Henna tattoo artists, Health screenings,  Door prizes for the first 50 attendees.  3) Stress-Free Zone Meditation Station:   Wednesday, October 9th (Noon–2:00 PM, UCB-102), Wednesday, December 4th (2:00–3:00 PM, UCB-102).  Participants can create their own "Stress-Free Zone" to promote balance and well-being.

National Wellness and Self-Care Month!

National Wellness Month is observed annually in August. The goal of National Month is to promote trade, community, and connections within the wellness communities. This program encourages everyone to prioritize their wellbeing and it also shines light and awareness on the importance of taking care of your self!
