Notes

  1. Students must earn at least a 2.0 GPA in courses required for the major.
  2. All GEOL courses required for the major must be passed with a minimum grade of "C" (2.0). Any passing grade is acceptable for courses in mathematics, chemistry, physics, and English.
  3. At least 32 credits must be earned in courses at the 300- or 400- level. Courses in Group 2 supply 32 of these credits.
  4. Students preparing for graduate school consider taking: a summer field course in Geology and possibly MATH 300 , CS172 [Course Info Not Available] or PHYS 260 .
