Notes

A Minimum of 30 upper division semester hours (300-level courses or above) is required.
Students must earn at least a 2.0 GPA in courses required for the major.
Three WI-certified courses, at least one at the 300/400 level.
CS 150 is offered every semester; CS 172 is offered only in the Fall. Either satisfies the BS ASTR requirement.
PHYS 170L is currently offered in the Fall semesters, and PHYS 272L is offered in the Spring semesters.
Take an additional 6 credits in PHYS or ASTR at the 300- or 400- level, not including ASTR 400 .
PHYS 330 is only offered in the Spring on even numbered years, PHYS 430 is only offered in the Spring on odd numbered years and PHYS 371 is only offered in the Fall on even numbered years. Please see your advisor to plan accordingly.
MATH 300 is currently a Fall-only course, which may change. Please see your advisor to plan accordingly.
May need instructor override if students plan to take PHYS 272 and ASTR 250 concurrently, please consult with your advisor.
BS ASTR requires HWST 211 or HWST 213 or KHWS 381 ; only HWST 211 and HWST 213 count as GE HPP, as required by the University.
