Environmental Compliance

The EHSO Environmental Compliance Program monitors compliance with a variety of environmental regulations as they apply to the university. Examples include the reporting of hazardous materials under the Emergency Planning and Community-Right-to-Know Act, and the reporting and record keeping required for underground storage tanks, asbestos, and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs). Information is provided on environmental regulation, their applicability, and methods of compliance.

The Environmental Compliance Program is administered through the UH Mānoa EHSO. Please see the Environmental Compliance page for program information.
