UH Hilo Testing- Faculty

Before students can schedule a test appointment, you need to submit the proctor request form and all necessary test material at least five business days prior to the exam date. Please note any DS accommodations needed.

After receiving confirmation from the Testing Center, please ask your students to contact the Testing Center to schedule their test.

All appointments should be made by the student. Faculty members should not be scheduling on behalf of students.

Seating is limited, so please encourage your students to schedule their appointment as soon as possible. Waiting too long may result in no available seats and you will need to find other accomodations.

The Testing Center is open Monday-Thursday and closed on all state holidays.

Testing appointments are available at 9am, 11am, 1pm, and 2pm, pending availability.
