Disability Services - Division of Student Affairs
The mission of the University Disability Services Office is to provide services and support to students, faculty and staff with disabilities at the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo. These services include review of assessments, and providing reasonable accommodations designed to assure that these individuals can succeed in a minimally-restrictive environment.
In addition to serving as an advocate for disabled members of the campus community, the office also provides consulting on facilities development, educational and awareness programs, and provides general support for all diversity activities at the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo.
