Graduate Research Projects

These graduate projects are funded by the Pacific Islands Climate Science Center (PI-CSC) and developed through the Tropical Conservation Biology and Environmental Science Program. The manager-based graduate projects are founded upon the 4 themes of the PI-CSC's Science Agenda. The relevent themes are assigned accordingly in the project descriptions below and are as follows

  • Theme 1: Guidance for Anticipated Intermediate-Term Climate Changes
  • Theme 2: Potential Effects of Changing Climate on Freshwater Resources
  • Theme 3: Anticipating and Addressing Change in Coastal and Low-Lying Areas
  • Theme 4: Forecasting Sustainability for Resource Management and Planning
