Ocean Acidification Epigenetic Project
The purpose of this project is to investigate a genetic response in oysters that are placed waters of high acidity and high temperature to simulate environmental conditions under climate change. Respiration is measured to determine if an increase in acidity will impact filtration and metabolic rates of oysters.
