Level 1: Donation of Door Prizes and Giveaways
Creating energy and enthusiasm at events during Orientation is an important way in which we can build an atmosphere of excitement and welcome for our students and parents. Giving out prizes during sessions and at key events is a great way in which we can accomplish this. With your help we can provide many opportunities to for our students to win fabulous prizes and feel like a winner.
As a sponsor at this level, we will include your name in the Orientation publication which is given to all the participants. This is a great opportunity to get your name out to an expected 700 participants.
Level 2: Something for Everyone
Connecting the new students and their parents to our community is a great benefit for everyone. Each student and parent will receive a "Welcome to UH Hilo Bag". In that bag we would like to provide items such as pens, calendars, free tickets, etc. which will connect them to you as members of our community.
We'll put one of your donated items in each of these bag that will be given out to every participant. We're expecting about 700 people in total, this includes both students and parents, so we would need 700 items. Items with your logo on them are absolutely fine.
We'll be staffing an information table throughout Orientation where students and parents can come to find directions or information about campus services. As a sponsor at this level you are welcome to provide us a stack of flyers or coupon that we'll display and have available for people to take at the Hospitality Lounge throughout Orientation.
Please note that flyers or other marketing material are not quite what we're looking to include in the Welcome Bag, but are happy to have available at the Hospitality Lounge.
Level 3: $500 Contribution
As a level 3 sponsor, you will also be able to set up a table at the Campus Involvement and Resource fair on Thursday August 17. Here you're welcome to introduce yourself to the participants, talk about your products and/or services, and inform them of any promotional opportunities which you may have available.
Level 4: $1000 Contribution
As a level 4 sponsor, you can set up a table at the Vulcan Orientation Check in - Wednesday August 16 and the Campus Involvement & Resource Fair on Thursday, August 17. You’re welcome to introduce yourself to the participants, talk about your products and/or services, and inform them of any promotional opportunities which you may have available. We will also advertise your company and company logo on our website.
Level 5: Sponsor A Program/Event
