How to Deliver Exceptional Customer Service Over the Phone

Location: Kuakini Tower, 75-5722 Kuakini Hwy, Kailua-Kona

Every time the phone rings, your business is on the line. When customers call, how do you or your employees come across? Are you friendly? Empathetic? In control? Willing to help — even if it means going out of your way? This informational course will teach you tips and techniques to give your customers exceptional telephone customer service.
You will learn:
• Specific telephone communication skills
• How to tame “tough customers” over the phone
• Ways your company can shine in your callers’ eyes
• How to make “Every call count, every caller matter”

Employment and Training Funds (ETF) are available. Deadline to apply for ETF is Thursday, July 3rd.
