Aging with Grace: Improving Balance Level 2

Location: 891 Ululani St, Room 116

This class is for anyone who has completed the initial Improving Balance series with Rheam Mansour, DPT. Focus will be on reassessment and review of the exercise programs established in Level 1, as well as advancing the exercises as appropriate.

July 16-August 9, Wed, 4:30-5:30pm, Ululani St, Room 116

Special Restrictions: Cost: $90 for 8 classes
