Mindfulness classes

Student Health and Wellness program would like to invite you to Mindfulness classes. Hosted by Micheal Donenfeld who has received training from Vietnamese poet and monk Thich Nhat Hanh. These classes offer to teach you skills for life. Teaching you ways to calm your mind and reduce stress enabling us to enjoy life more fully.
Every Tuesday 5-6:30 at Campus Center 306. Starting December 10th.
Please bring a yoga mat and/or cushion and wear comfortable clothing.
